Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Planiq account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Planiq.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Planiq.

3. Educational content

Planiq lessons, drawing tutorials, simulations, and AI-coach responses are educational guidance only. They are not a substitute for site-specific judgment, professional engineering, or the contract documents that govern a real project. Always defer to your project's drawings, specifications, and supervisor.

4. Acceptable use

• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or reselling Planiq content.
• No uploading drawings or files you do not have the right to share.
• No abusive, harassing, or unsafe content in crews, comments, or chats.

5. Subscriptions

Free features are available to every account. Planiq Pro features, if enabled, are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer

Planiq is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made on a jobsite based on Planiq content.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.
